Netlia is an energetic, kindhearted, pure heart and caring personality young girl. She's rather short, and sports bright pink hair! She has silver eyes with star shaped pupils, freckles, and sharpened canine teeth. (Scroll for more!)
Netlia was born on Autumn 28th, 1123 to Bee and Lucy Ashwood, as their second daughter and second child. Her older sister Ilza is her senior by almost two years. She grew up in Canvas as a rather mischievous and curious child, always up to no good.
Due to her nature, Netlia was constantly up to something, getting into things and so on. She became the poster-child for baby-proofing your home. She was adventerous as could be, without any sense of fear. She would constantly try to befriend the Beedrills on the farm, only to be held back by caretakers or more aware Pokemon.
Netlia also was quite obsessed with her big sister, thinking that Ilza was the absolute best person in the world. Before her first birthday, even, Netlia's first word was an attempt at saying Ilza's name. So much so that Netlia's Ralts inherited the name as well, which has proven to be as confusing as it sounds.
At the age of 3, in Winter of 1126, Netlia tragically lost both of her parents in a home invasion. While her sister was off to a prestegious prep-school, Netlia was separated from everyone she loved in her short life thus far, and placed in the care of Caleb Tanner and Momoka Fleur.

Netlia is well-known for the energetic, kindhearted, pure heart and caring personality traits. A very bubbly, happy, and energetic girl. She’s social, friendly, and a tiny bit annoying. This energy carries over to how she handles conflicts. Netlia always takes criticism or failure in stride, recognizing there's a lot to the world she has to learn. If she has a vested interest in something, she will get excited to learn more about it- even if it creates the implication she's weak or ignorant. She sometimes needs a kind hand to guide her. She has a love for baking.
Netlia is also incredibly impulsive and irrational in her decision making. She tends to fly by the seat of her pants, making up her plans as she goes. If she sees something she wants, she tends to buy it, and then rationalizes why it’s ok she bought it after to avoid buyer’s remorse. This often doesn’t go her way, and she ends up returning the item moments later.
Netlia is incredibly needy and clingy to others, but has no problem spending time on her own. She's incredibly pushy- and enjoys being in her friends lives, but it seems to be no deeper than that as she can often be a rather independent person at most times.
